Fundamentally the role of advertising shouldn't be controversial, though in a corporatist system where the advertiser's morals or values are degenerate that pretty much equals fascism. Which is pretty clearly what we see around us. Meanwhile in order to get society back on track you need leaders. People who have correctly identified the problems, are able to articulate a vision of the future that we need to get to and a plan to get there. Doesn't have to involve the use of force though such will most certainly face force in opposition to it. Indeed I think the greatest force holding back actual progress is the rampant culture of defamation against anyone who opposes the creeping corporate fascism.",
