"content": "My goal on here is to simplify exercise. Instead of trying to split by muscle group, here's six exercises to split gym days by that encompass the whole of the human body. Every other day train for one of the exercises, and be sure to check your progress often. Day one is push up day! For push up day, I do three sets of pushups untill failure, a 5x5 set of bench press, tricep pushdowns, hanging leg raises, hip bridges, and wide grip pull ups<br />If you can't do many push ups, or any, you can modify them to make them easier but ALWAYS push yourself. Nobody else can do that for you. ",

"content": "So I'm starting this channel for several reasons. Mainly fitness and mental health. I am not any kind of certified trainer or psychologist, but I have been through hell with both areas. I am a Christian and believe the Bible is the inerrant word of God. I dream of owning a gym someday so I can help people in both areas. I believe that mental, physical, and spiritual health are all connected. I feel strongly that we make fitness and mental health so complicated that it often intimidates people who are looking for help. I am coming off of a three month back injury so I figured I would start this channel now so any of you wanting to follow along can. I will post overviews of my workouts and stuff. I want you all to know that you are worth more than this world says you are.",
