Two, When it's water you will have all kinds of problems happening.<br /><br />Load-bearing beams start the rotting. Mold will start to grow on the beams and spread in the ceiling. You could have wall damage were the plaster starts to crack a mold start to grow. The mold will cause breathing pronlums and it's very dangerous to the people and pets in that household.<br /><br />All in all, this can be a staggering project not mention the cost. Mold removal alone, you are spending a couple of thousand dollars. So when you have a leak attend to it you will have less damage. <br /><br />This project is at the cost of six thousand eight hundred dollars. The owners of the property were quoted over seventy-five hundred. ",
