external reality presents us with a steady flow of such objects.<br />Each is composed of smaller ones, and each feeds on our attention, requiring it to grow subjectively, and flourish objectively.<br />These phenomena, single or composite objects in our attention, requires attentional resources.<br />The objects remain in our attention usually onlt briefly.<br />Occasionally they repeat, controllled or uncontrolled,<br />True or false, pleasant or not, etc.<br />The speed is determined by our attachment, or lack of it, active or passive.<br />That is why we practice non-attachment.<br />When we are relaxed, we can observe the phenomena as they pass through our subjective reality,<br />In a different speed and quality, compared for example, to time of anger.<br />Anger \"sticks\" to future seconds in many ways, changing our responses beyond the optimal spectrum.<br />Pride, compassion, and other long-lasting activities have clear tendency to \"stick\" to future seconds,<br />In
