"content": "I've always loved big waves. So I was very happy to see this plate of silver that I was rolling, resemble one. <br /><br />The one on the 2nd photo is a stunning shot by Tim McKenna. The wave breaks at the village of Teahupo'o in Tahiti, and has been a longtime favourite. These beauties are the inspiration behind the piece that I'll be showcasing next.",

Irises were depicted on screen paintings and written about in poems in early Japan. The iris festival was held on the 5th day of the 5th month during the Heian period as it was believed that the sweet fragrance would drive away evil spirits.
