"content": "I'm heading into the San Bernardino wash and San Bernardino Public Health Services this week. I'm interested in how San Bernardino has a \"protected\" mosquito breeding population in that wash but can't and won't forbid the homeless from seeking shelter in said wash. These same Homeless individuals are constantly migrating all over California. But w/the recent typhoid, Black plague and MRSA outbreaks starting to show up in CA, I'm worried about how quickly an epidemic can take place. I feel it's our right to be educated on the very real and potential spread of these very harmful diseases. But since the police can't do anything about the homeless sleeping or defecating on the streets and the EPA has no teeth to enforce anyting, it's safe to say we're on our own when it comes to sorting through the BS. Thank you for reading this and I will be updating y'all on my progress. ",
