"content": "<p>this isn't the first time i've posted about this recently, it's just been on my mind a lot.</p><p>i keep finding myself in real life situations with people i care about, then thinking \"i should make a post about that\" or \"that was funny, it would be a good post\". i keep incessantly checking my feed for new posts all the time. i don't think these are healthy behaviors, and i've never used twitter or insta or anything, so i know i developed them here. </p><p>i don't know that to <em>do</em> about that, besides, i guess, stop using mastodon. but that's hard</p>",
