Ich hatte mal einen Bewerbung offen, da haben sie dann nach einem Jahr nachgefragt, ob bei mir noch Interesse ist. Dabei habe ich nach 6 und 12 Wochen mal nach dem aktuellen Stand gefragt. Die Personalabteilung war durch Krankheit und m. E. nach schlechter Organisation völlig überfordert. Bei den Nachfragen musste erst ein Kollege gefunden werden, der den Stand der zu besetztenden Stelle kennt. <br />Nicht persönlich nehmen 😉</p>",
