"content": "I’ve had an account on a Mastodon server for a couple of years and have read people’s toots saying how terrible spinster is and thought I have to check it out. I wasn’t aware of how huge and pervasive the trans craze is until I started using Mastodon and noticed every second person on there is an enbie or something. I also didn’t realise how paranoid and censorious they were until I read all the crazy arguments about whether whole servers should be defederated because someone shared an article by Jesse Singal!<br><br>Now my daughter’s two best friends in primary school are using “they” pronouns and I just can’t avoid the madness any longer..",
