Republicans have gutted school lunch programs, they don't want poor mothers getting welfare assistance to help feed and cloth their hungry kids, they defund education, oppose low-income housing-leaving families homeless on the street, oppose maternity leave, and oppose covered childcare costs so that parents can work etc..<br><br>They also don't give a flying f*ck about ending abortion. They oppose birth control (even though that prevents pregnancies in the first place), they oppose sex education, and defund Planned Parenthood wherever they can, which provides contraception and safe sex information. Red states with no sex education or contraception support have the highest teen pregnancy and poverty rates. Shocker.<br><br>The forced-birther movement has NEVER been about "saving lives" it has ALWAYS been about controlling women. PERIOD. And that is something thst everyone needs to understand. They want to retain patriarchy, keep women chained by their reproductive capabilities, and to keep women barefoot and pregnant in the kitchen. For there is nothing more dangerous than an independent woman who is in control of her life and family planning.<br><br>She can go to college, get a degree, start a meaningful career, and obtain power within society if she has the ability to control her reproduction. When a woman has control of her reproduction and future, Patriarchy dies! If you do not support a woman's freedom to choose - you do not support the freedom of women!",
