"content": "<p><a href=\"https://social.vivaldi.net/tags/%E3%82%AB%E3%82%B9%E3%83%8F%E3%83%A9\" class=\"mention hashtag\" rel=\"tag\">#<span>カスハラ</span></a> をなくそう、という動きがあるが、警戒したほうがいい。<br />そりゃ店員に怒鳴ったりするような客は悪いし、それで店員のなり手がいなくなったら客も困るのだが、店員に文句を言わないといけないような場合はある。<br />カスハラなんて言葉が定着したら、店員に文句を言うこと自体がはばかられることになる。そうすると、店員が何をしても客はそれを受け入れなければならなくなる。</p><p><a href=\"https://social.vivaldi.net/tags/%E5%80%8B%E4%BA%BA%E6%83%85%E5%A0%B1%E4%BF%9D%E8%AD%B7\" class=\"mention hashtag\" rel=\"tag\">#<span>個人情報保護</span></a> という言葉でいろんな正当な要求が却下されるようになった。例えば自分の手続きで自分がやっているのにほんのちょっとの住所の表記の違いで対応してもらえなかったりする。<br />それで誰が得するんだ？と思うのだが、結局こちらが必要な手続きはできない。個人情報保護という言葉が独り歩きした。</p><p><a href=\"https://social.vivaldi.net/tags/%E3%83%86%E3%83%AD%E5%AF%BE%E7%AD%96\" class=\"mention hashtag\" rel=\"tag\">#<span>テロ対策</span></a> という言葉を使うと、ゴミ箱とかめんどくさいサービスは全部取り去って良くなる。</p><p>カスハラ、個人情報保護、テロ対策、デフレ脱却、円高、などなど、いろんな言葉が流行して悪とされ、それをやめねば、と勢いで突き進んだが、それによって消費者として損をさせられたことは多々ある。デフレ脱却、円高なんかがそれだ。駅のゴミ箱だってなくなった。</p><p>カスハラという言葉が流布して客の立場が弱くなるのは困る。クレームを入れてくれるうるさい客のおかげで店側が客にサービスを良くしていたという面はある。うるさい客がいなくなったら店がサービスを維持するかと言えば、そんな無駄なことはしないと思う。</p>",
