My experience is that most projects just plain and simple have not the slightest clue about UX/design, let a lone a team or any kind of structured approach. The "don't fit well" is only a valuable insight when there is a good idea of what a good fit even means.</p><p>Designers need to learn, too. But they are not gatekeepers.</p>",
