"content": "Just over a week since I began cutting almost all plants out of my diet. I eat mostly beef and eggs, with some dairy. <br><br>I do still drink some coffee with cream, but cut out sweet (I used to add some maple syrup or sugar). I am noticing that I don't feel as much of a desire to drink coffee as before and I am probably drinking less than half of what I used to.<br><br>Since it has only been a week, it is tough to gauge the benefits. <br><br>One thing is that it is much easier for me to get up in the morning. <br><br>I feel more mentally alert, but my body is still a bit sluggish probably due to getting used to the change and much lower carbohydrate intake.<br><br><a class=\"hashtag\" data-tag=\"health\" href=\"https://social.retroedge.tech/tag/health\" rel=\"tag ugc\">#health</a> <a class=\"hashtag\" data-tag=\"carnivore\" href=\"https://social.retroedge.tech/tag/carnivore\" rel=\"tag ugc\">#carnivore</a>",
