"name": "Vertical video, where a person with a gray baseball cap and black T-shirt is speaking to the video with a news headline behind them titled ice offers Albuquerque immigrant reprieve for now. In the video, they say the following: \n\nYou may have heard stories of people who go to their annual check-in with ICE being detained and deported. So, I wanted to share the story of Antonio Charez Rios, who had a near miss here in Albuquerque. Every year for 9 years, he went in to do his annual check-in, but this year it was abruptly rescheduled from September to June, so he was pretty scared when he went in with his attorney to see what was what. A little bit about Chairez Rios, he was originally deported in 2006, but then took a big risk and came back when someone sent him photos of his two young daughters living on the street with his then then wife who was struggling from a substance use disorder. Judges repeatedly issued states of deportation, recognizing the importance of making sure that he could be a father to his kids. He also worked in the construction industry for many years before suffering a pretty serious workplace injury. I mention all this because he's a father, a grandfather, and someone trying to build a good life and contribute to his community. We don't know what's gonna happen next. He could be deported at any time, but it's one in a long line of stories of people trying to do their best to make a better life.",
