"content": "<p>Thinking about how the well-loved nonprofit I worked for <em>eagerly</em> heard the call for urgent COVID action that made them more popular, and <em>desperately</em> resisted urgent Black Lives Matter action that would have been controversial.</p><p>Larger organizations often more leverage, but will generally only use it in very specific ways.
