The fact that Emoji are in Unicode at all is part of the reason people dislike the Unicode consortium. On the one hand we have minority languages and endangered languages whose proposals for inclusion in Unicode are ignored while the Unicode Consortium spends their time worrying about how to add taco pictures to text. 1/</p>",
