However, I think this should be only limited to special cases, such as emergency communication. Otherwise it will be difficult to connect to new people etc. What I think is even more important is authenticity of messages (ie signing and verification) that they come from a specific person and have not been tampered with. There are cryptographic methods for this and it does not violate any rules.</p>",
