I should really start a blog. </p><p>Every time I experience Post Exertional Malaise its such a shocker that I again return to the research. My science trained brain demands answers. How can I possibly feel this bad from such little things? What do I do to cure it? I read and read but the answers are always the same. It is real, it is quantifiable but science doesn't know the mechanism or therefore the cure.</p>",
