I'm in Oakland CA, which is sorta dry, still sorta damp at the moment.</p><p>What did I buy most recently? I think I've been experimenting with low-cost headlights, since I lost/misplaced one of my nicer headlights. These cheap lights are sort of low quality too, but the quality/cost ratio is not bad. Some of the newer ones have a battery % display, which is nice.</p><p>I've noticed that the cheaper ones have less consistent light coverage and color temperature, and batteries that tend to not last as long. The light beams are rough, and they are almost certainly not StVZO compliant if you are in Europe.</p><p>But they cost maybe 1/4 that of a comparable brightness nicer light. Not sure if that's good enough to make them better or not.</p><p>In other purchases, I bought some handlebar tape (mentioned in previous <a href=\"https://sfba.social/tags/BikeNite\" class=\"mention hashtag\" rel=\"tag\">#<span>BikeNite</span></a>) but have yet to install it.</p>",
