I guess I thought of them just roaming around. Probably if I had thought carefully, I would've recognized that yes, animals do have neighborhoods, but I wasn't in the habit of thinking carefully about nature back then.</p><p>Anyway, this is all to say that even aquatic animals have neighborhoods. and this all makes me wonder what it's like for animals who are released from captivity, or re-introduced in natural habitats. For grazers with plentiful fodder in the area, it's probably ok.
