Never near-0%. <br />IF it was much high like 50% then I could accept it a lot more.</p><p>Not being too extreme here but<br /> ➡️ when it&#39;s near-0 caring or cutting people out and treating them as blank pawns, then THIS IS a human problem FROM those kinds of perspective and faulty as a human result (might make sense as maths or tax but not for people and the right reasons at all). </p><p> ➡️ Often STEM can HIDE people-related problems as a result of cutting it out (Africa&#39;s extracted metals, technological targeting etc)</p><p>So results can be false without the human voice or for very wrong reasons.</p><p>Another way to say it<br />➡️ without <a href=\"https://qoto.org/tags/individualisation\" class=\"mention hashtag\" rel=\"tag\">#<span>individualisation</span></a>, people are counted the same.<br />The next bean increment is counted are exactly the same as the previous bean / human. 1...12,13...222... treating people as objects. </p><p> ➡️ STEM is more of a <a href=\"https://qoto.org/tags/topdown\" class=\"mention hashtag\" rel=\"tag\">#<span>topdown</span></a> perspective 1) financially and 2) as work practices internally and treats people themselves as objects. </p><p> ➡️ &quot;1&quot; = same &quot;1&quot;?<br />To represent 1 person and the next as the same isn&#39;t quite right.</p><p>To represent 1 person in mostly 1 way as object-orientated design is generally not great ... </p><p>(Do tell me if a number or tax code represents you well (!) )</p><p>➡️ All your attributes and other &quot;values&quot; that you feel can be mostly cut off / skipped / is not important)</p><p>➡️ Computers can have correct results or but not at all for humans betterment / consent / consideration</p><p>STEM are good or ok-ish...<br />...for ✔️ computer-computer design and things without a soul</p><p>but </p><p>...it&#39;s a problem for<br />❌ computer-to-human-to-computer-back-to-human design</p><p>STEM is focussed mostly on everything else apart from human beings and their feelings. </p><p>and sometimes the whole point is lost as a result (such as social not being generally &quot;social&quot; or leaving it up to people who don&#39;t know how to socialise / make a real movement of change)</p><p>The effects are mostly done unto others rather than the &quot;how do people feel about it at the time&quot;. It&#39;s more a material thing...</p><p>This makes a perfect tool skipping how people feel - both those calculating and those having the calculation done TO THEM.</p><p>STEM doesn&#39;t calculate or even deliberately likes to ignore the people doing the work or who it&#39;s done on... it&#39;s just done or expected or even demanded without more checks with the people.
