"content": "Reproduction of Nikola Tesla's A/C Induction Motor (Electro Magnetic Motor-1888)<br/><br/>For simplicity and consistent location of drill points I made a fixture to hold the part and index the plate. On each individual plate I only have to locate the center, everything else is indexed on the fixture. Witness marks are used to indicate 0°.<br/><br/>After the center I then drilled the 4 indexing holes on the plates. All other drill points are referenced from these 4 indexing holes. This method essentially reduced the layout to one quadrant of the design.<br/><br/>Currently I am drilling the pilot holes for the windings in the core.
