"content": "These steps make it easier to make my Digital Painting at the end of 2022, and you'll see many of my artworks with a similar process: a large sketch or storyboard, then a thin temporary line-art, then a silhouette on multi layer, then a color flat, a shading and to finish with a paint-over and post-effect. "content": "Another Krita speed painting video, but this time of the mascot of opengameart.org, Sara. I did that painting to cool down. I split up my time on it into three sessions of 1h30, usually between 21h00 to 22h30 after my long days painting for a big commission. I kept the brushwork very visible on this one, just to test how noisy of brushwork I can go. I'm also testing a new tablet: the Wacom Intuos Pro Large. "content": "Here is a Krita speedpainting video of the mascot of Plemora.social, a free and open social networking software compatible with other Fediverse software such as Misskey, Pixelfed, Mastodon, Peertube and many others. I’m not a Pleroma user, (I’m on mastodon here https://framapiaf.org/@davidrevoy) but Pleroma users can follow me and interact with my profile (that’s why the Fediverse is cool). "content": "A long 1h22min Krita video tutorial fully commented. A real full lenght course suited to beginners, but also advanced digital painters. It starts from scratch with default set of brushes, preferences and break-down all the process. The repetitive parts while painting were all accelerated and can be skipped easily (a timer in overlay appears on display) Check the Timeline codes under to navigate in the video. \r\n\r\nSubtitle are unfortunately not available, sorry for my (heavy) French accent and poor vocabulary. It was too long to write them this time. Painting and talking while recording really overheat my brain, and I also recorded that under a super hot weather, 39°C , and I had to turn of all the fans to reduce the noise on the microphone.
