The following image and recording (volume warning on that by the way) are of the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program’s “waterfall” image and broadcasting signals straight from Gakona, Alaska.</p><p>HAARP operates on the 2.7 MHz — 10 MHz AM/CW frequency set. If I find anything else or can get a live recording of it going off, it will go here.</p>",
