Turns out I can donate directly to the Bank of Ukraine via bank transfer from my Dutch bank account with no one else taking a cut:</p><p><a href=\"https://u24.gov.ua/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" translate=\"no\"><span class=\"invisible\">https://</span><span class=\"\">u24.gov.ua/</span><span class=\"invisible\"></span></a></p><p>This is the official Zelensky-created method of donating money to Ukraine and you can choose which purpose it is used for (I wish they had unrestricted but oh well).
