"content": "<p>never really wrote a proper intro post, so here:</p><p>I'm Camwyn. I work in IT. I live in the Boston area. I used to work for the American Red Cross. I served two days at Ground Zero. They've called me one of the healthiest people on the responder registry but I'm still dealing with that, lung-wise. I sew. I have a cat. I knit. I did helicopter lessons and need to get back into those. I do birdwatching. And I do five pushups each time the news/my brain/whatever puts me in an emotional tailspin.</p>",
