"content": "<p>茸友问起BPD相关的书籍📚</p><p>列出目前已读完的一些</p><p>Stop walking on the eggshells的旧版实在是翻译🉐很好，很接地气，许多例子的示范语言都是我人生中耳熟能详从母亲口中无数次听到的，发言100%一样。</p><p>新译版翻译腔浓重，微微修订过增加了一两段内容吧。<br />旧版已经绝版了原谅我的确是买了个盗版影印</p><p>最左一的操作书类似医学专业介绍，大量阅读专业书籍的话这本完全可以跳过<br />但如果从来没了解过BPD边缘型人格，首次阅读认识的话，推荐这本作为总览，第一本阅读，以正视听</p><p>左二的《告别紊乱的人生-写给边缘型人格患者及其家人的自救书》<br />推荐在认识病症以后结合Stop walking on eggshells使用</p><p>目前所读有限，简单总结</p>",
