(But yes, it came out of the box with 98)</p><p>The explorer look can, IIRC still be changed to smaller icons, and the &quot;Web view&quot; can be disabled. The web view also means you can add a lot of HTML code to the folder display, I think (was this &quot;folder.htt&quot;?).</p><p>I think some regard 2000 as &quot;peak UI&quot;.
