"content": "<p>New era, new <a href=\"https://mathstodon.xyz/tags/introduction\" class=\"mention hashtag\" rel=\"tag\">#<span>introduction</span></a>!</p><p>I started with <a href=\"https://mathstodon.xyz/tags/biology\" class=\"mention hashtag\" rel=\"tag\">#<span>biology</span></a>, realized I like <a href=\"https://mathstodon.xyz/tags/math\" class=\"mention hashtag\" rel=\"tag\">#<span>math</span></a> along the road, and ended up loving <a href=\"https://mathstodon.xyz/tags/evolution\" class=\"mention hashtag\" rel=\"tag\">#<span>evolution</span></a>.</p><p>After a BSc in the first, an MSc (and a half) in Bioinformatics/Computational biology (and applied math) I have started my <a href=\"https://mathstodon.xyz/tags/PhD\" class=\"mention hashtag\" rel=\"tag\">#<span>PhD</span></a> in Ecological evolutionary modelling at <span class=\"h-card\" translate=\"no\"><a href=\"https://ecoevo.social/@KorinnaAllhoff\" class=\"u-url mention\">@<span>KorinnaAllhoff</span></a></span> team at <span class=\"h-card\" translate=\"no\"><a href=\"https://xn--baw-joa.social/@unihohenheim\" class=\"u-url mention\">@<span>unihohenheim</span></a></span>! </p><p>I will be building models of biotic-interractions (antagonistic and/or mutualistic) between 2 and 3 species and check out emerging networks of these communities.</p><p>Looking forward to the adventure in this new landscape of possibilities of <a href=\"https://mathstodon.xyz/tags/programing\" class=\"mention hashtag\" rel=\"tag\">#<span>programing</span></a> ∩ <a href=\"https://mathstodon.xyz/tags/ecology\" class=\"mention hashtag\" rel=\"tag\">#<span>ecology</span></a> ∩ <a href=\"https://mathstodon.xyz/tags/math\" class=\"mention hashtag\" rel=\"tag\">#<span>math</span></a>!! :D</p>",

He was by my side when the times were rough and he was always making fun and jokes about and on everything...</p><p>So many things to tell, but they won't be enough.... I think all who have met him will miss him... Pic is a sketch during the lecture he gave on "Introduction to evolutionary biology" where he said "4 years of studies and you'll learned so many things! Now forget it all! It's rubbish"</p><p>RIP: 28-9-2022</p>",
