Brain rot is even worse now than it was in 2020, etc, and capitalists like the birdsite guy are doing their best to illegally use their wealth and power to steer a victory. </p><p>Math just feels so quaint sometimes... like, obviously there's a wealth of historical discourse about mathematical practice and privilege, for me the big thing is about this idea of math as being the study of abstraction and the privilege of being able to live and work in abstract-land somewhat outside of material reality, but in moments like this it really rings loudly in my head: what are we doing?</p>",
