Only led to more tension.</p><p>Several weeks ago I found a cue that helps, in the sense that the posture looks right and feels sustainable: imagine you are lightly leaning on a wall, touching it with the back of the head, shoulders, and butt. Then make sure the abs are ever so slightly engaged as to prevent the pelvis from being uneven. Tadaaa.</p>",
