"content": "<p>一提到「吉卜力」和「人」，「后继无人」这个词马上就到嘴边。<br />到2014年吉卜力解散动画制作部为止，吉卜力都采用与行业不同的正式雇佣制，即动画师（animator）作为动画制作公司的正式雇员，相比日本动画产业普遍的劳务制（项目分包，这一点可以参见动画《<a href=\"https://mastodon.social/tags/%E7%99%BD%E7%AE%B1\" class=\"mention hashtag\" rel=\"tag\">#<span>白箱</span></a>》），属于旱涝保收和薪资优渥的。<br />雇佣制对于人员稳定和人才培养都是有极大帮助的，但纵观吉卜力解散前的三十年，没有一位成员成功从吉卜力的「培养」下毕业为新人监督。作为「遗珠」的#米林宏昌 在解散后成立新工作室推出的《<a href=\"https://mastodon.social/tags/%E7%8E%9B%E4%B8%BD%E4%B8%8E%E9%AD%94%E5%A5%B3%E4%B9%8B%E8%8A%B1\" class=\"mention hashtag\" rel=\"tag\">#<span>玛丽与魔女之花</span></a>》清晰地呈现了吉卜力除了它的「画风」之外什么也没有留给其成员。</p><p>米林宏昌中途上阵的《<a href=\"https://mastodon.social/tags/%E5%80%9F%E7%89%A9%E5%B0%91%E5%A5%B3%E8%89%BE%E8%8E%89%E7%B7%B9\" class=\"mention hashtag\" rel=\"tag\">#<span>借物少女艾莉緹</span></a>》，幕后纪录片中宫崎骏反复强调自己不干预之后还是憋不住对麻吕的分镜表达「艾莉缇不应该登上翔的手」的反对，于是麻吕唯唯诺诺好几天之后加上了个「决意的颔首」镜头，来调和宫老的意见和制作周期之间的矛盾。</p><p>如果说「把动画师当人」的正面例子，我的第一反应会是#京都动画（<a href=\"https://mastodon.social/tags/%E4%BA%AC%E9%98%BF%E5%B0%BC\" class=\"mention hashtag\" rel=\"tag\">#<span>京阿尼</span></a> <a href=\"https://mastodon.social/tags/%E4%BA%AC%E3%82%A2%E3%83%8B\" class=\"mention hashtag\" rel=\"tag\">#<span>京アニ</span></a>），一家女性主导的动画制作公司。与吉卜力前后脚成立的祂们培养出的各层级人才数不胜数，更有#山田尚子 这样大放异彩的女性监督。</p><p>↓</p>",
