If doing the dishes feels to overwhelming I may feel capable to just collect the dirty dishes in one place. Then I see if this propels me to do more, but I also allow myself to stop right there and come back later.</p><p>- Resting. Often when I'm stuck, I'll check inside and find signs of mental, emotional and/or physical exhaustion. I allow time for rest, knowing the spark to do something will naturally return for me.</p>",
