"content": "<p>I am sus of a story making the rounds in the local Georgia media about a homeowner finding a tiny meteorite that punched a hole in their roof and they claim it is from the daytime fireball.</p><p>Red flag : falling meteorites are moving at the speed of terminal velocity. They are in the last stage of dark flight and their speed is little more than what a human could throw it. An acorn-sized meteorite won't punch right through your roof for the same reason falling acorns don't.</p><p>This looks staged.</p>",
