First half cooled and 2 gallons cold added to it.\nSecond half wort cooled and added to fermenter then topped up with 2 gallons cold.\n\n8 gallons = £,\n\nFirst full half OG 1.050+, siphoned to fermenter.\n\nYeast pitched on first half that was measured and below 62F.\n\nRepeat for second half.\n",
