US <a href=\"https://mastodon.social/tags/healthcare\" class=\"mention hashtag\" rel=\"tag\">#<span>healthcare</span></a> rant</p><p>I thought I was going in for an evaluation today for the infection on my arm. </p><p>It’s been more than four months of primary care practitioners saying 🤷🏻♀️ gosh it’s a mystery here are some more antibiotics. </p><p>They finally sent me to a surgeon who took one look, knew exactly what it was and what to do, and did a small procedure to remove an infected cyst.</p><p>I go back next week to see how well it’s healed and find out the result of the culture.</p>",
