"content": "<p>看讲述切尔诺贝利核事故的五集系列片Chernobyl毕。关于切尔诺贝利核事故，资料性的片子已拍过不少，多为事后视角或“上帝视角”，本片采用的则是当时视角，对事故原因的调查是跟处理事故同时展开的，从而悬念感更强。此外，本片最后一集利用审判过程，对事故作了极为清晰的梳理，而审判间歇时Valery Legasov(处理事故的首席科学家)与Boris Shcherbina(处理事故的首席行政官员)的一段对话则是全片最精彩的对白。</p><p>这部影片在一个特定方面也给我留下了深刻印象，那就是苏式体制虽高度僵化，人的奴性却比中式体制低，上至Legasov，下到矿工工头，独立决策及顶撞上司之事皆时有发生。这跟昔日读Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn自传The Oak and the Calf(牛犊顶橡树)时的观感是一致的，即：</p><p>「昔日的苏式灾难是“中心化”的，以国家机器为执行者，局面虽僵，尚有套路可循，离了劳改营之类的机械化“绞肉机”就还有博弈空间，还可以“牛犊顶橡树”；昔日的中式浩劫则是“去中心化”的，除国家机器外还有群众的铁拳，因而到处是土制“绞肉机”，更无可逃遁，也更无可理喻。」</p>",
