Making efforts to make things better doesn't mean the problem is on our end. It means taking responsibility on the little that we can do. I did that to many people, and then they were converted into allies. It's not black and white, not about us being victims and them being bad. They think they are the victims too, they're not seeing things clearly. So it's the work of both sides to make sense to one another, listen and improve.</p>",
