I&#39;ll fill it out with rolled oats, and use a mix of pork and chicken broth to cook it up.</p><p>The slow-cooked pork hock is very tasty, the fat having fallen away and the bone easily pulled out. Nice rich morsels there.</p><p>Giving my back a rest with a cup of mint tea.
