Jasper, my tubby cat, was the test case for the 6” opening. He was able to get in and out just fine though he didn’t want to come out. </p><p>Tomorrow I will build a wooden frame to keep them off the ground. My neighbor is feeding the cats every morning and she’s happy for me to put these first two shelters under her screened-in deck.
