"content": "<p>The light in the (GE) oven burned out & I had to replace it. The 1st challenge was to remove the protective glass cover without shattering it. Turns out that is it simply clipped firmly. I used some plastic spudgers to pop out the glass. A quick run to the hardware store to get a replacement & a new bulb is now installed. Much easier in retrospect than in anticipation. </p><p>The bulb is a 40W halogen & that explains why I can use the oven (off & with the door closed) to raise my bread.</p>",
