I looped it over a small bench vice where it hung down to 18" or so over the floor. I went back a few hours later and it was gone. I found it intact under a wadded up rug she likes to play on. So I CLOSED the vice over the loop. But this morning, only the severed end of the elastic hung down. I found the rest of it outside my wife's office door...</p>",
