But whatever happens down the road, today a federal judge rejected a claim by an Executive Branch officer that somehow his job encompassed helping to orchestrate an effort overturn 2020 Presidential Election. Seems like that should be obvious. But with a federal judiciary riddled with Trump appointees, we can’t take for granted outcomes obviously demanded by rule of law. 5/</p>",
