On the practical level, there is always a new challenge to learn from.</p><p>I never understood teachers and professors who saw themselves as walking encyclopaedias above my (then pupil and student) level. We – educators – are relayers of knowledge, which is a fluid concept, not the keepers of it. To excel at what we do, we must constantly expand and adapt, demonstrating by example.</p>",
