Consider the fact that the first time Article 5 was called (<em>after 9/11</em>) only a few NATO membership countries helped with invading Iraq. You can deny Article 5. You can just not do it. That's why NATO allies constantly also help each other out geopolitically or diplomatically in order to increase chances of help when under attack.</p>",
