"content": "<p>From the Kitchen...</p><p>👩⚕️ In this transition time for my <a href=\"https://mastodon.au/tags/NaturopathPrescribedDiet\" class=\"mention hashtag\" rel=\"tag\">#<span>NaturopathPrescribedDiet</span></a> I am gradually using up some things from the pantry I won't replace for the next 3-6 months. Not making them a big part of my diet but making sure they don't go to waste. And using my naturopath's advice to pair them with fibre and protein.</p><p>🍜 The past week, I used a few Asian rice vermicelli noodles in my daily miso soup with tofu and some grated veg. </p><p>🌿 Now I have some rice paper to use up. I might make a few Summer Rolls later this week, (Thurs and Frid will be super hot, so that seems ideal). </p><p>🥗 Also, I remembered that if you cut the rice paper into strips (after the quick soak) they go well in a salad of cucumber, grated carrots, coriander leaves, bean sprouts, sliced chilli, peanuts, ..... with an Asian flavoured dressing.</p><p>🍆 As well, my freezer is groaning at the sides, so I have some smoky tomato curry base, some cooked lentils, and some roasted eggplant defrosting for a quickly made dinner tonight.
