One thing I notice is that Apple Watch's health monitoring (on heart rates, breathing) does a reasonably good job to show it. E.g. when I had a 101 fever my baseline heart rate went up by 20 bpm. Now the fever is gone it has come down to +10 territory, but I can see it's still not fully normal, which explains why I feel a bit weak. It's kinda cool.</p>",
