"content": "<p>以下是這週會留給咨詢師的部分，需要trigger warning </p><p>和bf講以前發生的事情，說到剛來的時候其實很resentful 會覺得為什麼自己會經歷那些（雖然也完全知道為什麼）後來慢慢的就不太去想那些過去了</p><p>也不是遺忘，更多是有了一些距離。這種感覺很神奇，因為我並沒有感覺時間有過那麼久。也能感覺到即使是在這麼講述的時候我的狀態也很不一樣，但可能因為在bf旁邊所以沒有很負面，所以是很神奇的體驗。</p><p>我說，我的媽媽其實大部分時候是很好的人，尤其是對朋友，所以對我的abuse是她只展現給我的部分，非常私人，也因此格外難被識別，而唯一知道的人是親眼目睹的人，也就是我爹和我外婆。有一個例外是我外公，他可能是第一個也是唯一一個覺得這些對我的性格塑造有很大負面作用，他和我媽說你這樣長期下去不行，但也僅此而已。</p><p>bf說你再也不會是一個人了，不論我們的關係是否持續，我也只能沈默。</p><p>其實也越來越發現自己是不擅長親密關係的人，雖然很多事情我都會，但我來做就顯得格外刻意。也不能對自己要求過高，能有一個相當健康的關係我覺得我已經很不容易了。</p>",

"content": "<p>好久没记了主要是平台上唯一擅长adhd相关counseling的psychologist很难约（说起来之前的咨询师其实也特别擅长但是我也不知道我们怎么完美的避开了（大概是我之前一直用trauma response来解释很多症状直到没那么多trauma response而”symptoms” persists</p><p>感想大概是</p><p>- 从小到大develop了很多coping mechanism好像都还挺健康的</p><p>- 一方面因为这些coping mechanism才能正常学习…另一方面确实也因为adhd有很多trauma和stress 现在基本上是没有任何动力处理学业努力原谅自己的状态</p><p>- 还在考虑要不要约psychiatrist 主要是insurance好麻烦（（</p><p>- 所以果然还是ptsd更要紧（毕竟adhd大部分已经很能manage了）</p><p>- 关于上大学以后我为什么几乎所有朋友都有adhd w/o autism这个问题终于有答案了</p><p>- 包括为什么一直觉得自己的脑子不适合学数学但是学数学对我的脑子很有帮助（数学简直是adhd克星但确实也能有一些帮助吧…</p><p>- 之前开始认真怀疑的时候和我妈打电话特意试探了一下，我和她说有没有觉得我小时候不怎么专注，她说我主要是对事物没有热情（她也顺便道歉有拿走我喜欢做的一些事情 which 说实话在其他trauma当中已经比较trivial了）所以hyperfocus在某些学习相关的事情的状态被她解读为我应有的/ideal的状态（然后hyper focus在被认为是走神的事情上就…anyways</p><p>最后，我才知道counseling其实大部分是短期的，但我之前的counselor也有therapist资质并且非常nice的…给我延期到她辞职了（感动</p>",
