"content": "<p>豆瓣上看到有人担心，如果献忠现象得不到控制，你国是否会仿效蔡奇那条恶狗的“清理低端人口”，把没有本地户籍、工作又不稳定的人，赶回老家，以保障大城市的治安运转正常。</p><p>我的看法是：论缺德不做人，它们的确很有可能这么做；但如果它们智力没问题，能考虑到这么做的风险，它们大概率不敢。当年蔡狗在帝都造孽，把那么多“低端人口”在数九寒天撵出临时住所赶到大街上，那是因为当初你国经济大形势还没崩，“低端人口”们大多也有家有业有技能，大不了换个城市，也还能找到工作吃上饭，不至于非要跟当局鱼死网破。</p><p>而如果现在像蔡狗当年那么操作，恐怕只会提前点爆火药桶：“低端人口”们此刻本来就日子难过、心怀怨恨，再加上，他们那依赖转移支付输血的老家更没活路，公务员都已经发不出工资。除了像帝都这种已经没多少“低端人口”、维稳狗又多的地方，换了其他城市，搞“清理低端人口”，很可能会直接引发大规模骚乱。</p>",
