I think I've settled on this format:</p><p>If I don't want to share the link (due to paywall or short info being sufficient) I'll do something like</p><p>NYTimes: exact quote or BBC: exact quote.</p><p>If the link is shared, anything before the headline and link is paraphrased or personal commentary. Anything after the link is a direct quote - maybe slightly edited for character limits.</p><p>Any additional personal commentary will come after a dashed line</p><p>---------</p><p>like this.</p>",
